Colbert 08'
so does anybody else find this funny? the guy's in 5th place with 2,3 percent (actually that was a few weeks ago, i'm sure he's managed to get more than that by now) of the democratic vote, and he even has some republicans goin for him - way to underline how there hasn't been a single candidate yet on either side that has been able to really get a firm hold over voters (hillary/bama - freddy/rudy)
btw i find it pretty funny that to enter the south carolina primary you need 2,500 USD or 3,000 signatures to enter as a dem, but you need 25k to enter as a rep.... what's up with that?

It was funny about 40 years ago when Pat Paulson did it, sorta lame when Colbert dug up the bit and screwed it up trying to do it for real.

It's still funny nonetheless. I love the Dorito's sponsorship.

Heh, yeah I guess so. I'm feeling mighty old but nothing that a week in Vegas won't cure.

Vegas!
Yeah, that would be really cool
Technically I'm on strike now so i shouldn't be going out and having fun.
But T-day in Vegas sounds mighty tempting.
I could probably get a room in Jean for $30 and drive in, gamble, get loaded and pass out just like everyone else.

Yes.
I've been a Writers Guild member about a year now.
I'm not a big union fan, but in this case the writers have been getting forked by producers for decades on residuals. New media is an avenue the producers don't even want to address with us.

Two screenplays that were sold and are in development hell and credits for The Unit. I was working on dialogue and story for next/last season of The Shield up until the strike. Also two unsold series, J.P., and Rules
