Now presenting [drum roll] LOKI!!
Hey everyone! I'm glad something got started. It's too bad the original went down, but alas nothing we can do. I've been kind of bored on the internet, no one as good as you all.
For those who don't know me. I'm a 22-year-old, Army National Guard soldier with more active duty time than national guard time. Served one tour in Iraq. I'm a wingnut chap, born an raised in good ol' Idaho by a police officer and a baker/substitute teacher.
I'm currently in Fort Huachuca doing some new training. It's the 2nd week and it's been cake.
Well, I gotta go to bed. Later everybody

Re: Now presenting [drum roll] LOKI!!
Hey Loki, good to see you.
I certainly miss the old CL, let's hope we get enough of the old crowd here to rebuild.
It will take time, but it seems empty without our old site, at least our friends... at least some of them ... are here. The other site I go to just doesn't seem to have a lot of people respond. There isn't a lot of give and take like CL had. THere is was more like having a conversation.

Re: Now presenting [drum roll] LOKI!!
it's popov! show some respect to the corny stereotypical alias (the frenchies call us popov like you call us ivan)
don't worry about me, ill admit i had a bit of fun with the word censoring at first, but that aside im not gonna censure or delete anything - its a free forum who's goal is to give us all the same posting opportunities we had at CL.

So has anyone got anymore emails out to the old CL members? I've been advertising this site with some Conservative friends.

UPDATE
Well, I've been away long enough.
For those new to the forum and kind of confused by my thread title, I used to be called IDARNG_Loki, but changed it over a year ago to this name.
Since my absence started I have been a thorn in many liberals side at PoliticalForum.com. One of them though invited me to DiscussPolitics.org and I am a mod over there. I also sometimes post on TAR, TMR, Conservative Core, and Debate Policy. My ideals really haven't changed.
I am currently the TUAS OPS NCO, but I just put in my Warrant Officer packet
Masonic wise, I am now the head honcho, the big enchilada, the big kahuna, el presidente known to Freemasons as the Worshipful Master. Now before someone jumps the gun at the name "worshipful" I'll clear it up. Worshipful coming from old English as one who is worthy of respect. Mayors and magistrates were sometimes referred to as worshipful. It means nothing more than respectful. I don't require my Lodge Brothers to worship me. I also joined the York Rite (as seen in my avatar) which consists of degrees for the Royal Arch Masons and Cryptic Masons (two of three bodies in the York Rite) and then 3 chivalric orders: Order of the Red Cross, Order of Malta, and the Order of the Temple (aka Knights Templar). The York Rite can really be described as the Christian branch of the Masons.
As usual, I am busy as hell.
Glad to see everyone again.

I'm confused -- will I have to call you MISTER as a WO (When you make it), or, Your Worship?
