I do, but usually toasted. Stand-alone cold cheese sends a shiver down my spine.

Ah well, just a regional dialect difference. But yeah, I think cheese is in its finest form when melted into a toastie. Absolute heaven.

I like to put cheese on top of sunny-side-up eggs. Melted cheese and gooey eggs -- good stuff.

But some cheeses are really nasty. Why would people eat a cheese that smells like old diapers and fish?
