So, what do you think about Michael Phelps?

I have no issue with him.

He shouldnt have gotten caught but I have issue when burning a plant in criminalized

I think he's an idiot because he knew the consequences if he got caught and he did it anyway. He had a lot to lose.

As for cannabis, I'm opposed to recreational drugs, but weed isn't a whole lot worse than gin.

I do not do drugs but I am opposed to outlawing them .

Big deal, he smoked some weed at a party. The guy can win 402 Gold medals in one afternoon AND do bong hits like Cheech and Chong, LMAO.
How come no one was concerned about all that booze at the party knowing some of those kids were driving home? Oh yeah, they wern't Phelps.

I think people who intentionally get high are drunk are acting stupidly. But as long as they're not driving or endangering other people in another way, it's not my business. But I choose not to associate with them.

People have the right to make stupid choices. But when they inegatively mpact others not involved in those choices, then and only then should government get involved.

Pot is only a performance enhancing drug for jazz musicians. I sorta figure that he looks pretty much like a nerd and obviously had to dedicate his life to swimming totally to win so much at the Olympics so I hope he got a buzz on and got laid too. I hope he's learned that he has much to lose and takes that lesson to heart though.
