Where are the peaceniks?

Obongo just announced he wants to send another 17,000 troops to Afghanistan. Yet I've heard no outrage from the leftists. Why?

The peaceniks are just a bunch of phonies. As long as one of their marxist brothers like obongo is doing it, they keep their mouths shut.

This is a good question. Why aren't the far leftists out on the streets protesting?

I've heard some grumbling from the left that Obama has not swung far enough, fast enough, to the left. But not much.

The Afghanistan conflict seems to be regarded by Americans and many around the developed world as the 'Good war'. I don't agree, but many on the supposed left weren't opposed to the invasion and so now have no argument with sending in more troops.

On other sites members have said they will jump from the Obama train if he doesn't keep his word of bringing troops home by a certain deadline. I'm holding these peaceniks to their word.

I called this one before he won the election. Also, Tuesday marks one Month in office and he promised X amount of troops to be brough home from iraq each and every month. We'll just have to wait and see........

Just chalk that up to reality striking or promise number 11 broken...all inside a month, and he has 47 more to go!

Of course BO says he's shipping 17k troops to Afghanistan but he's also saying he'll cut military funding. Both can't happen and Adm. Gates needs to seriously think about who he's working for now and how that will tarnish his reputation and credibility.

BO, has already surrendered the WOT and I'm thinking our plans regarding Islam involves a lot of jizya in our future. Some think the porkulis bill was, to a large extent, to provide funds to siphon off for that very purpose.

I think we were on the road to losing all future wars when Bush I was nominated. We haven't had a credible GOP nominee since Reagan.

We would have already found OBL and been out of Afghanistan if not for Bush's war in Iraq.

Not at all. It's a well known fact that the twin towers didn't fall over on their own. They had help. And Cheney was in NYC a few weeks before that to give the final approval to the plan.

Israeli agents did the work. Which explains why so many of the Israeli who worked in the twin towers were mysteriously absent from work on 9/11.

ANd no one noticed loads of explosives being brought in by Middle Eastern men or all the work that had to have been done to weaken the building enough for it to fall?

It's a well known fact that the conspiracy theory of .gov involvement was debunked by actual experts and not some college students and wikipedia.
