What religion should you be?
http://www.beliefnet.com/story/76/story_7665_1.html
Never thought i should be a Quaker, but in my family history we did have some in the wood pile. Little concerned about the Islam but i guess that is to be expected.
Kind of an interesting find.

I am after all a Deacon of a Protestant Church.
Some of the questions they gave didn't really have the answers that I would have given. Then again, it would have had to be lengthened to 100 pages to be all encompassing.

Re: What religion should you be?
Mainline to confused individual Christian Protestant... hmph, must mean those churches that support abortion and mercy killing of disabled infants, gay marriage, and government theft of your hard earned money to pay for social programs.
Re: What religion should you be?
Hmmmm . . . I guess I'm an orthodox morman witness catholic agnostic.
I find this interesting as I've been investigating LDS and possibly joining that congregation.

Re: What religion should you be?
The thing with this "test" is it doesn't really get into proper theology and tenants of the various religions. The LDS have some interesting beliefs, but their history seems dubious to me. I recently got a copy of the Book of Mormon, which I intend to read cover to cover.
Smith was from NY, near Rochester. His findings and translation are strangly similar to a contemporary author friend of his. IDK, that part of the history gives me pause. That plus losing the glasses that he had to have for the tablet translations and losing the tablets as well...
Some may just be ignorance of their full beliefs, but both Jehovah's Witness and LDS have some things in conflict with stated Christian religions, while maintaining others.
It would make for some interesting debate/ discussion to get into some of the beliefs that are different, and how that might effect overall theology. It might also get heated, as faith issues tend to be VERY personal and deeply held convictions.
