Politics is right, with a handy bit of Economics thrown in for novelty. Not sure really, I'm looking around but haven't found much that interests me. Though I don't know why I'm being so picky in an economic downturn like the one we're having. Making something in policy advice for a non-profit.

Dude, you're too nice to be put in anything with Steven Seagal. I liked his first three movies and 1 or 2 more. Other than that, he's done all crap. Plus, I have a feeling that he's an A1 jerk.

I have a friend of mine who's doing well in a Solar Energy commision for California.
Alternative energy and government seem to be the areas that are growing.

Alternative energy would be cool to be involved in, and not just because of climate change. Sooner or later new energy sources will be needed. I know a little bit about solar, the startup costs are big, but after that it isn't too expensive. Costs are coming down as well. Your friend is lucky.

As for Seagal, I liked the one he did on the train (2?) but since then the plot of his movies has gotten thiner and his waistline a lot bigger. Someone should write a Chuck Norris-Steven Seagal movie, but actually have them in a showdown instead of working together. And write it so Seagal wins. Nobody will believe it happened.

I liked some of his early stuff, especially Out for Justice, but his new stuff are pretty much B or C movies in cookie cutter form

Seagal started out OK, but then he got fat and carried away with the pony tail. Plus there was the wife beating charge.
He's not my cup of tea anymore.
