I was not one of those that hated Bush or had those type of Bumper stickers. Bush did a few good things (fighting AIDS in Africa). Overall, he was a terrible communicator and although 9/11 was not his fault, his blatant disregard for civil liberties with things like the Patriot Act were simply wrong. As was invading Iraq. There were no WMDs, and he either lied about it, or was led astray by misinformation from the CIA, Cheney and other fascist wingnuts.

Bush was never my first choice as a CINC but I think he did a little more than you give credit . Obama was elected because the media refused to ask hard questions , anyone who denies this is a fool with their heads in the sand , Obama has this idea we can spend money we do NOT have and not have hyper inflation and hurt the economy even more .
